This page explains what data we collect through this website and through the MyClinic app, why, and how we protect it.
What we collect on this website
When you send the contact form we keep what you write: your name, country, city, phone number, email and request details. We use them only to contact you about your request.
Clinic and patient data
Each clinic owns and is responsible for its patients' data; we store and process it only on the clinic's behalf, to provide the service. We never sell data or use it for advertising.
WhatsApp messages
Messages go only to patients the clinic has permission to contact, from the clinic’s own WhatsApp number, and never carry medical details.
How long we keep data
Contact requests are kept as long as needed to answer and follow them up. Clinic data is kept for the length of the subscription, then as agreed with the clinic.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting us.
