The service
MyClinic is an online clinic management system offered by subscription. The subscription details and length are agreed with each clinic.
Accounts
The clinic is responsible for its team's accounts, for keeping passwords secret, and for the accuracy of the data it enters.
Not a substitute for medical judgement
The system is a tool for organising and recording; medical decisions remain the doctor's alone.
WhatsApp messages
Messages are sent from each clinic's own WhatsApp number and paid from its prepaid balance; the clinic messages only patients who agreed to it.
Changes
We may update these terms and will publish the new date on this page.
